The best breakfast I’ve had in a while: buckwheat pancakes, last strawberries of the season, unsweetened hand-whipped whipped cream, banana-honey milkshake.

my pancakes are always super funny-shaped. i have never once made a perfectly round pancake. but, they are still delicious!

My pancakes always stick to the pan, or they begin perfectly and I manage to flick them and squish half of it…
